He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Guth and Delores Antionette Guth; and his sister Diane Carey Davis. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son Ben; and his siblings, Jim Guth and Susan Hinds. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
