He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Franklin Versluis and Clara Gertrude Oosting Versluis; his children, Les J. Versluis and Robin K. Clement; his grandsons, Jason Versluis and Niko Scalzo; and his siblings, Jack Versluis and Judy Kamps.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Versluis of Old Hickory, TN; his children, Shawn Versluis (Angie) of Nolensville, TN, Mark Versluis (Mindy) of Smithville, TN and Troy Versluis (Tammy) of Lebanon, TN; his siblings, Jane Domasik (Joe) of Grand Rapids, MI and Dick Versluis (Mary) of Grand Rapids, MI; and his grandchildren, Marcus Versluis, Tanner Versluis (Brooklynn), Tyler Versluis (Delaney), Trace Versluis, Tara Kelley, T. J. Versluis (Heidi), Mike Versluis (Heather) and Mia Scalzo. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
