It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Elvis Jones of Old Hickory, Tennessee, who passed away on January 8, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Ronald had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Ronald may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his wife Maylene Jones; his sisters, Linda Langford and Lucille Donegan; and his parents, Roger Jones and Betty Sesler Jones.
He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Jones; and his stepgrandsons, Jeremy and Joey Arnold.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hermitage Memorial Gardens (535 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138).
