It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Stephens of Old Hickory, Tennessee, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Frances Waggoner; and her brother Terry Leon Waggoner. She is survived by: her husband Richard Stephens; her children, April Bailey (Chris) and James Cory Detlefsen (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Parker and Jason Garrett; her great grandchild Benjamin; and her stepchildren, Rick Stephens and Rhonda Reeves.

“So sorry to hear of Sandra's passing. She was a good neighbor & friend during all of our OH - DuPont school system classes. I had stopped 4-5 yrs back to visit, and encourage her to attend a '65 Class Gathering. We sat on the porch, across the street from our family's house on Elliston St. She was upbeat but seemed to be already struggling with intermittent health issues. I do remember she & her family were faithful Church of Christ attendees. May God receive her now into his open hands of Love.”
