He is survived by: his wife Cathia Russell; his sons, Joseph Eugene and William Joshua Russell; his grandchildren, Daniel, Lucas, Liam, Ashlyn and Lila Russell; his sister Helen Phillips (Gary); and his siblings-in-law, Nella Reynolds, Beatrice, Mary, Vivian Russell, James, William Roy, Michael Daniel and Eddie Dean West. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
