He is survived by: his wife Pam Phillips; his sons, Steven Phillips (April) and Sean Phillips; his stepdaughter Victoria Smith; his brother David Phillips (Callie); his brother-in-law Paul Smith (Susan); his sisters, Mary Ann Goins (Michael), Vickie Aslinger, Karen Isabel (Tom), Rebecca Phillips and Debbie Weldon; and his grandchildren, Bradley and Alyssa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
