In the sacred silence of farewell, Charles is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willie R, Maggie Duncan, Odis and Cynthia Smith. He is survived by: his son Michael Duncan of Lake City, TN; his parents, Charles "Hobert" Duncan and Kay Duncan of Frost Bottom; his sister Jennifer Ward (Tim) of Frost Bottom; and his sibling's children, Caleb Ward (Jessi) and Katie Adolfo (Francis) of Kingsport, TN.. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and many cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Home of Oliver Springs (209 Roane St, Oliver Springs, TN 37840). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
