She was predeceased by: her parents, Byrd Collins and Sadie Adkins Collins; her husband Raymond Gene Collins; her son Dwight DeWayne Collins; and her siblings, Elisha, Halbert, Bruce, Clifton, Clayton, Hoover Collins, Esta Sexton, Pebble Knopf, Eliza Retnizer, Ruby Hammonds, Florence Deaton and Goldie Moore.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Collins (Darlene) and Pamela Duncan (Doug); her grandchildren, Chris Duncan (Tasha), Kelly Wampler (Michael) and Amy Gill (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Kyler Duncan, Kyle Vanwitzenburg (Hayley), Isaac Vanwitzenburg, Kaitlyn Bullock (Justin), Mason and Sadie Wampler; and her great great grandchildren, Carter, Hudson, Cooper Vanwitzenburg and Lincoln Bullock.
