He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Lee and Rita Duncan (Thompson); his grandparents, Pat Duncan (Cora) and Reverend Earl Thompson; his sons, Anthony Duncan (Samantha) of Knoxville, Stephen Duncan (Heather) of Knoxville and Brady Duncan of Knoxville; his siblings, Rocky Lowery (Charity) of Harriman, Scott Lowery of Harriman, Jason Duncan of Pennsylvania and Tonya Duncan Goddard (Walley) of Oliver Springs; and his grandmother Gladys Thompson of Harriman. He was also cherished by his 3 nieces and 2 nephews and 1 great niece as well as several aunts, uncles other family and friends.
