It is with sadness that the passing of Freddy Smith of Oliver Springs, Tennessee is shared. Freddy passed away on July 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Smith and Ida Smith; and his siblings, Elmer Hayes Smith, Howard Smith, Lucille Seiber, June Hammons, Betty Smith, Cheryl Smith and Patricia Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Smith; his sons, Freddy Smith Jr. (Teresa) and Stacy Smith (Kim); his grandchildren, Casey Smith, Cody Lively and Autumn Jones (JL); and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Sampson, Raylen, Odin, Gracelyn, Lakelyn and Cowen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Parkinsons Foundation, Alzheimer's Foundation and the Dolly Parton's Children Hospital in Knoxville.
