She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Johnson; her parents, Charles L. Graham and Lola Graham (Smith); and her siblings, Lelia Mae Green and Jack Graham.
She is survived by: her sons, Brent (Michele) and Lyndon Johnson (Suzanne); her brother Mack "Duke" Bowers of Nichollasville, Kentucky; her granddaughter Ashlea Phillips (Brandon Owens); her great grandchildren, Jonathan Cox, Alexis Cox and Chayna Phillips; and her daughter Nancy Kirby.
