Marion Stubbs Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marion Stubbs of Oliver Springs, Tennessee, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Stubbs; her parents, Joseph Stirl and Martha Jane "Jennie" Parten; her siblings, Margarette Roberts (Delmer), Jay Parten (Myra), Maud Fox (R. C.) and Sally Byrd Parten; her niece Becky Schaaf (Michael); and her nephew Gary Fox.
She is survived by: her nephew Steven Parten; her nieces, Sandra Jernigan (John), Martha Gallman (Rick), Anna Marie Hatfield (Danny) and Laura Roberts (Joe); and her extended family, Vickie Gaylor (Drew), Debbie Maupin, Joey Kelly (Cherri) and Jenny Peek. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to First Baptist Church of Oliver Springs or The Oliver Springs Historical Society.
