He was predeceased by: his mother Jewel Byrge Lively; and his grandparents, Cecil and Pauline Byrge. He is survived by: his brother Fred Carol of Oliver Springs; his stepdaughter Leanne Collins (Robbie); and his close friends, Marlo Williams of Knoxville, Marci Purcell of Knoxville and Joanne Reisert of Indiana Several. He is also survived by Several extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request any memorial contributions be sent to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
