She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Youngs and Sadie Youngs. She is survived by: her husband Elmer Monroe; and her children, Colleen (Dan Pichiotino), Denise (Dennis Sheridan), Sherry (Kurt Krieger) and Donald Biddle (Jennifer). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.
