He was predeceased by: his parents, Parley Butch and Alice Madewell. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hensley Madewell; his children, Christina Ownby (Clint) and Chris Madewell; his grandchildren, Ava Ownby and Mckenna Madewell; his brother Ronnie Madewell (Rhonda); his niece Kimberly Dalton; and his nephew Michael Higginbotham. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
