He was predeceased by : his parents, Thaxton H. Brown, Sr. and Pauline Brown. He is survived by : his wife Sherry; his children, Thaxton H. Brown (Buster), Tracy Crisp (Tim), Tara Buck (Alan) and Carman Marshall; his grandchildren, Kayla Crisp (Tori), Logan Crisp, Alex Brown, Savanna Chancey (Nick), Samantha Brown, Kersten Hayes (Jake), Brandon Buck (Taylor), Lindsay Buck and Maddox Marshall; his great grandchild Asher Buck; and his sister Sandy Ange (David).

Donations can be made to Beech Park Baptist Church Building Fund at 1085 E Tri County Blvd, Oliver Springs, TN 37840.
