He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Phillips; his stepmother Norma Phillips; his father-in-law Leroy Lansford; and his cousin Roger Phillips. He is survived by: his father Walter Phillips (Jean Vowell Phillips); his wife Kendra Phillips; his daughter Kristin Lucille Phillips "Lil Blue"; his siblings, Michael "Jack" Phillips (Penny), Mark "Big Bird" Phillips (Angie Ellis), Richie "Bird" Phillips (Angel) and Tami "Sissy" "Poss" Kelley (Eugene "Geno"); his mother-in-law Maxine Lansford; and his sisters-in-law, Lisa, Monica and Belinda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sharp Funeral Home of Oliver Springs.
