He is survived by: his wife Hattie Lois Bertram (Gibson); his son Charles Wayne Bertram Jr. (Alexandria); his siblings, Junior Lee Bertram (Carolyn) and Ora Jennette Tilson (Ray); his sister-in-law Shirley Brantley (Roger); his niece Denita Stewart; and his grandchildren, Lucretia Harness (Cody), Gabriel Bertram (Navy), Maddison Bertram (Aaliyah), Coven, Kamdyn, Bristol, Dallas, Tobie, Kash, Maddox, Camden, Carlie, Colt, Clay and Cali. He is also survived by nurse that we love and were blessed with, Tienne Harness; many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends.
