Gail Shoopman Obituary

We announce the death of Gail Shoopman (Oneida, Tennessee), who passed away on September 22, 2026, at the age of 68. Gail will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her father L. C. Shoopman; her siblings, Jeanetta Marie Harness, Virgie and Virgil; and her brother-in-law Aaron Harness.

She is survived by: her mother Frankie Shoopman; her siblings, Darlene Slaven, Ann Marcum (Keith), Judy Jones (Benny), Lynetta Harness and Danny (Tammy Shoopman); her nephew Greg Slaven; her niece Jeretta Jones; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Desiree Lewallen, Shelby Perry, Maggie Marcum, Hadley Marcum, Waylon Lewallen and Carter Lewallen.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of the Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida With (586 N Main St, Oneida, TN 37841). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
