She was predeceased by: her father Ray Smith; her former husband Francis Leon Terry; her children, Randall Leon Terry and Barbara Jane Mason; her brother Burlin Smith; and her grandchild Corey Terry.
She is survived by: her stepfather John Crabtree; her husband Charles Oza Terry; her children, Penny Terry Butler (Jim), Karen Terry Watson, Jackie Terry, Mary, Amber Chambers McGhee, Michael Schrock (Stephanie), Steven Terry (Cobie), Ashley Ellis (Jason), Kylie Terry, Grace Davidson, Addison Terry and Daniel Green (Tiffany); and her close friend Cindy Sellers. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of the Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida With (586 N Main St, Oneida, TN 37841). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sexton Cemetery.
