He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Leftwich and Arvella Leftwich. He is survived by: his wife Paula Leftwich; his brothers, Bob Leftwich (Ginger) of Winter Springs, FL and Rick Leftwich (Lesley) of Davidson, NC; and his siblings' children, Charlotte Leftwich, Ginna Leftwich, Rosey McDonald (Jack), Laura Leftwich, Jody Roberts, Hazel and Dax Roberts. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
