He was predeceased by: his parent Febie Watson Terry; and his siblings, Clayton Terry, Milford Terry, Marie Honeycutt and Ella Chambers.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Terry; his children, Dude Michael Terry (Lisa), Shon Terry (Sabrina) and Andrea Cooper (Cecil); his grandchildren, Seth Terry, Adrian Terry, Samuel Terry, Brittany Massengale, Savannah Terry, Sydney Lawson (Andrew) and Kylie King (Clay); his great grandchildren, Eli Rose, Wyatt Boyatt, Kolt Potter, Gus Terry and Bo Shultz; his siblings, Jimmy Terry, Chuck Terry and Irene Terry; his nephew Roy Layne; and his close friend Lyhue Crowley. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jones & Son Funeral Home (20059 Alberta St, Oneida, TN 37841). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at the TBD Litton Cemetery.
