He is survived by : his caregiver Sandra Crabtree Cecil; his children, Lisa Hogue Moffett of Knoxville, TN, Elizabeth Cecil Coffey (Christopher) of Iowa City, IA, Lucinda Cecil Callahan (Christian) of Friendsville, TN and Jacob Cecil (Jake) of Knoxville, TN.; his grandsons, Thomson Coffey of Des Moines, IA, Barrett Coffey of Iowa City, IA, Brendan Callahan of Friendsville, TN. and Finnley Callahan of Friendsville, TN.; his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Crabtree (Steve) of Winfield, TN, Brian Crabtree (Jenny) of Lenoir City, TN and Mark Crabtree of WInfield, TN.; and his cousins, Francis Ann, Kenny Galbreaith of Ohio, Linda and Karey Taylor of Florida.
