He was predeceased by : his parents, Claiborn Dolan, Sr. and Zella Chambers Dolan; his wives, Lona Sexton Dolan and Janet Faye Lowe Dolan; his sisters, Zella Bernice Dolan Duncan and Ruth Marie Dolan; and his half-siblings, Louise Hensley Phillips Newport, Alexander Spurlock, Paul Spurlock and Jesse Spurlock.

He is survived by : his caregivers, James and Essie Lowe. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
