She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Stephens and Pauline Landrum Stephens; and her siblings, Virgil Stephens, Vonda Strunk, Roger Stephens and Willard Stephens.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Keith; her siblings, Irene (Bill Davenport), Ronald Stephens (Duck), Dean (Mable Stephens) and Denzil Stephens (Alice); her grandchildren, Tiffany McNulty and Tileena Hamilton; and her great grandchildren, Malachi Morgan and Raina Mason. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
