Smith (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Katie Beth Drew (John), William Smallwood, Jr., Robert E. Smallwood, William Smallwood, III (Katie), Dorian S. Smallwood, John R. Smallwood, Harmony Smallwood, Bowen Smallwood, Embry Smallwood, Addison Drew and Taylor Drew. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
