She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Allen, Sr. and Leah June Botts Allen; her brother Charlie Allen, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Jayden Allen Blevins and Wrenley Elizabeth Blevins; and her son-in-law Jason Adkins.

She is survived by: her children, Trent O'Brian Byrd, II, Jessica Adkins, Danielle Horne and Bryce Walker (Samantha); her grandchildren, Raysa Lay, Christian Adkins, Kailyn Johnson, Jaylee Adkins, Adisyn Lindemann, Reagan Horne, Rebecca Horne and Ethan Horne; her great grandchildren, Rylan Blevins, Raylee Blevins and Carleigh Blevins; her siblings, Charline Terry (Bruce), Pauline Krahn (Daryl), Rick Allen (Vicki) and Terena Deuso (Angela Hickman); her husband Doug Burkhead; her mother-in-law Sandy Mudd; and her brother-in-law Kevin Burkhead. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
