He is survived by: his wife Ann Blevins; his sons, Richard Shaw (Martha) of Eustis, FL, Robert Shaw of Indianapolis, IN and Adam Blevins (Deena) of Knoxville, TN.; and his grandson Dylan Blevins of Louisville, KY..
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Four Oaks Funeral Home, Inc. - Oneida (586 N Main St, Oneida, TN 37841). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Perkins Cemetery.
