With sadness, we share the passing of Robert Blevins of Oneida, Tennessee. Robert, born on September 5, 1940, passed away on September 2, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Blevins to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tirl Monroe and Florence Elizabeth West Blevins; his siblings, Flora Elizabeth Blevins, Roy Earl Blevins, William H. Blevins (Bill) and Joseph A. Blevins (Joe); and his brothers-in-law, Norman L. Crabtree and Harold Chambers.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ramona M. Crabtree, Mary Chambers, Beverly J. Blevins (Gene) and John N. Blevins; and his sister-in-law Wanda Blevins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapel of the Jones & Son Funeral Home (20059 Alberta St, Oneida, TN 37841). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
Thanks to West Oneida United Baptist Church for their generous donation; all the food that people brought; Dr. Tim Smith and his staff and nurses; Quality Home Health and Nurses and Quality Hospice nurses Brenda Smith and Tianne Harness and all hospice staff that was part of Buddy's care; Buckeye Medical Staff; and all the get well cards sent which he cherished.
