It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ray Childers (Ooltewah, Tennessee), who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Sherman and Grace Louis Childers; his significant other Sug Childers; his children, Brad (Margaret) and Amy; his grandchildren, Margaret Grace, Charles, Annie Cage, William and Ray; and his brother Johnny (Janette).
