He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend William B. Chamberlain and Leora Garner Chamberlain; and his sister JoAnn Chamberlain Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Chieko Kikunaga Chamberlain; his daughter Tiffany Chamberlain; his sisters, Brenda Edwards (Jack) and Rachel Fugate (Ronnie); and his pet Samurai. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
