It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Franklin Walker of Ooltewah, Tennessee, who passed away on January 18, 2026, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Walker and Jewell Colloms Walker; his son David Walker Jr.; and his siblings, Vernon, Michael Walker and Carol Hodsden.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Easterling Walker; his son Mark; his daughter-in-law Elvira Walker of Ooltewah; and his grandchildren, Mikayla, Katie and Iydy Walker.
