He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Winskie and Bertie Lee Darden Winskie; his former wife Evon Moody Winskie; his siblings, Johnny Winskie, Dean Winskie, Mark Winskie, Louie Winskie, Charles "Tony" Winskie, Elouise Winskie Kilpatrick, Willow Belle Winskie Francis, Laverne Winskie Jones and Betty Winskie Sasser; and his siblings-in-law, Lawrence Sasser, Joy Winskie and Norma Winskie.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Nowlin Winskie of Ooltewah, TN; his children, Michael Winskie (Della) of Maysville, NC and Cindy Clendenen (Jon) of Rossville, GA; his stepson Michael Nowlin (Jenna) of Cleveland, TN; his grandchildren, Jonathan Winskie (Jenna), Austin Clendenen, Anthony Clendenen (Brynna), Aaron Clendenen, Noble Nowlin, Harper Nowlin, Kylan Nowlin, Heather Sinsley, Erica Martin, Ashley Clendenen and Amanda Clendenen; his brothers, Danny Winskie (Judy) and Wayne Winskie (Gail); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Winskie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with three great granddaughters.
