He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sebastian and Grace Sebastian (Ver Vaecke); and his sister Anne Blighton. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Cassie Sebastian and Josh Sebastian (Julie); his brother Charlie Sebastian (Carol); and his brother-in-law Duane Blighton.
