He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kyle Howe and Loma Kerr Howe; his granddaughter Jesica Howe; and his sister Dottie Fenner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Howe; his children, Michael Howe, Laura Lynch (Lloyd), David Howe, Jeffery Howe, Carole Mitchell (Jim) and Joey Howe; and his grandchildren, Stephen Howe, Paul Lynch (Lindsey), Drew Howe, Krissy Howe, Chris Mitchell (Tara), Kyle Mitchell (Blaire), Michael Lynch (Natalie) and Nicholas Mitchell. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
