He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pastina and Sue Pastina; and his siblings, Lou, Mike and Adeline.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Cottone Pastina; his children, Susan Cuttler (Jim) of Spring Hill, FL, Joseph Pastina (Lisa) of Crestwood, KY and Emilia Pastina Jones (Robert); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Ferguson (Sean), Joseph Pastina and Savina Rose Jones; and his great grandchild Lyla Rosemary Ferguson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews he loved like his own children.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joe's memory to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Tennessee Oncology, or the Erlanger Foundation - Urology Department.
