He is survived by : his wife Sandra Sue Farmer Payne; his daughters, Susan Etheridge (Michael Pond), Jennifer Payne (John Eslinger) and Sarah Serven (Fred); his grandchildren, Pol, Sam Sieira-Payne, Liliana Alonso-Payne, Nick, Matt and C. J. Serven; and his sister Patricia Payne.
