She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Bell and Faye G. Bell; her husband Richard Anthony Franklin; her son Michael L. Franklin; and her son-in-law Wade Sumrall.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Lynne F. Madonia (Joey), Loretta Sumrall and Samuel A. Franklin (Melinda); her sisters, Maxine Eaves of Vernon and Barbara Longcrier of Rogersville; her grandchildren, Clint Franklin, Josh Franklin, Tyler Sumrall, Xan Sumrall, Reid Sumrall, Maribeth Madonia, Evvie Grace Franklin, Ansleigh Franklin and Allyee Franklin; and her great grandchildren, Kierstin Franklin, Carter Franklin, Lilly Franklin, Baker Sumrall and Miles Sumrall. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
