He is survived by: his wife Lorella Marie Crago Howard; his children, Ladonna Howard-Cloutier (Mark), Loren Howard and Landon Howard; his sister Lisa Howard; his grandchildren, Elouise Cloutier, Emerson Cloutier and Enora Cloutier; and his nephew Michael Howard (Melissa).
