It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Richardson Whittle of Ooltewah, Tennessee, who passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Morgan Floyd Richardson and Thodosia Elizabeth Jordan Richardson; her husband George Patterson Whittle; and her sister Mary Anne Hall. She is survived by: her son Mark; her daughter-in-law Jessica Whittle of Hixson, Tennessee; her grandson Luke Whittle; and her sisters, Marilyn Owen (Alex) of Marietta, Georgia and Ginger Grantham (Jack) of Walnut Creek, California. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
