He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Clifton and Faye Williams; and his sisters, Thelma Maxine Williams and Jean Cain. He is survived by: his wife Alma Maxine Bennett Williams; and his siblings, Glenda Ellis of Cleveland, Carolyn Howard (Alvin) of Cleveland and Earl Williams (Shelia) of Ridgeville, SC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
