He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Muehlenbeck Kelley; his son Mark Richard Kelley; his parents, Clare Myers Kelley and Josephine Kabat Vrable; and his siblings, Jan Schmidt and Joe Vrable.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Renee Petty (Gary) of Murfreesboro, TN and Pamela Lynn Dance (Allen) of Ooltewah, TN.; his brothers, Bill Kelley (Nancy) of Caro, MI. and Russ Vrable (Terry) of Mayville, MI; his sister-in-law Kathy Vrable of Bay City, MI.; and his grandchildren, Kelley Mortier (Jason), Jennifer Petty, Christopher Petty (Rheighanne), Michael Dance (Kaylan), Danny Dance (Rebekah), Phil Dance (Hayli) and David Dance (Kayla). He is also survived by twenty great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
