It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Ellen Daves of Ooltewah, Tennessee, born in Canon, Georgia, who passed away on June 24, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wingo Floyd and Frances Floyd; her husband Jack Daves; and her brothers-in-law, Tom Daves, Johnny Dockery and James Woody.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Daves (Paula), Michelle Nicholas (J. D.) and Kevin Daves (Jada); her grandchildren, Brittany Horne (Peyton), Elijah Daves (Hannah), Jordan Clark (Allie), Nehemiah Daves, Jared Nicholas (Amber), Josiah Daves (Hayli), Shayli Daves, Sharayah Daves, Shanel Daves, Shaw Daves and Shafer Daves; her great grandchildren, Ezra Clark, Isaiah Clark, Aryanna Daves, Lydia Daves, Ryker Daves, Vincent, Reed, Knox Horne and Ada Clark; her siblings, Dan Floyd (Sylvia), Becky Dockery and Ronnie Floyd (Kathy); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Joe Woody, Jerry Daves (Gail) and Anne Daves. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
