He is survived by: his wife Pat Curtis of Ooltewah, TN; his sons, Michael Curtis (Melissa) of Lookout Mountain, TN and Keith Curtis (Allison) of Colorado Springs; his grandchildren, Katherine Curtis of Chattanooga, TN, Jack Curtis of San Francisco, CA, Lilly and Laurel Curtis of Colorado Springs, CO.; and his brother Parker Curtis (Sandy) of Louisville, KY..
