He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Crumpler of Redondo Beach, CA and Jordan Crumpler of Ooltewah, TN; the mother of his children Beth Schnars of Harrison, TN; his mother Molly Crumpler of Enterprise, AL; his sister Cathy Davis (Ricky) of Enterprise, AL; his nephews, Andrew Davis, Lance Davis (Sarah) and Elijah Schnars; his niece Rae Schnars; and his great-niece Reese Davis. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
