David Allen (Gale), Stan L. Allen and Mark D. Allen; his stepchildren, Brett P. Salmon (Glenda) and Stephanie L. Malley (Mike); and his great great grandchild Harper Adeline Meuller. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
