He was predeceased by : his parents, William Frederick Thomas, II and Evelyn Faye Hardin Thomas; and his sister Fay Lee Thomas. He is survived by : his wife Cheryl B. Thomas; and his daughters, Leigh Thomas and Meredith Champagne (Steve).
