She is survived by : her siblings, Ruby Helton, Vernie Cecil McDowell, Marvin McDowell, Bernadina Scruggs (Bunt) and Dorothy Waters; her husband Billy E. Hicks; her daughters, Lisa Parker of Auburn, GA and Tonja Lowery (Bill); her grandchildren, Brittany Parker, Mitch Parker, Jade Scott (Lynwood) and Saige Lowery; her great grandchildren, Hunter and Anniston Clark; and her goddaughter Stephanie Sanders Trail. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
