With sadness, we share the passing of Winfred Hillary Ramsey of Ooltewah, Tennessee. Winfred, born on July 30, 1937, passed away on August 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Ramsey. He is survived by: his children, Terri Lynn Goine (Steve), Michele Rasnake (Eddie), Richard Ramsey (Victoria), Jennifer Peck (TJ) and Melanie Griffey; his grandchildren, Lauren, Blake, Michael, Chandler, Ashley Anne, Shane, Shelby, Virginia, Sarah, Allyson, Bennett, Landon and Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Bowen, Harper, Madden, Avett, Arthur, Ivy, Daniel, George, Carter and Ella. He is also survived by Dad to his children, and "Papa" to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
