She was predeceased by: her parents, Denton Crouch and Lottie Crouch (Blevins); her brother-in-law Ronnie Cook; her uncle Jim Sharp; and her grandparents, Lonnie Crouch, Sterling, Ruby Crouch Sharp (Doss), Maggie Hicks (Phillips) and John Mitchell Blevins.
She is survived by: her sister Debbie Cook; her sibling's children, Haelee Stockton and Jaxson Cook; and her aunt Cheryl Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made towards the funeral expenses.
